Solved

Needing to think too hard about clothing generally bores me to tears which is why I have whittled down my palette to essentials which I don't need to fuss too much about. The point is that I want to look presentable but I don't want to turn stepping out the door into a long and pensive production number. This necessitated sticking with a fundamental base wardrobe of solid colors which could be mixed and matched and here I take my inspiration from French women who keep things basic with accessories then being used to add flavor such as some basic jewelry, a scarf or a handbag.

Thus I own very little with patterns other than maybe stripes or very subtle texture which from a distance blurs into a solid thus removing a headache I just don't need :)
