We don't need to understand everything about our fellow beings but instead try to be patient and tolerant. When most humans don't comprehend even themselves how are we expected to delve into their psyches? I work on this type of thinking whenever I am tempted to judge and life has taught me a few lessons in that regard. Many of us shoulder unresolved childhood experiences sometimes in addition to needing to handle the pressures of daily life.

In some areas we are highly predictable creatures such as when our weaknesses are exposed and we protect ourselves by lashing out. The more secure the individual the less virulent their response will be.
